"L’appartement que nous avons loué était au RDC, appartement vraiment super, superficie au top, nous étions en famille (2 adultes, 1 ado, 2 enfants), propre, avec tout les équipements nécessaires et décoré avec goût. Il se trouve à 200 M d’une station de metro, le quartier est calme et la résidence aussi. Je vous le recommande !!!!!"

"Si je devais dire une chose, la salle de bain est petite mais avec 2 vasques (mais pour des vacances on va pas se plaindre c’est pour donner l’info ) On a la possibilité de laisser les bagages à l’agence qui s’occupe de la location (payant bien sûr ce que je trouve dommage ). Et l’agence se trouve assez loin de l’appartement. Si vous n’avez pas de bagages à laisser, sachez que tout se passe par message (mail, whatsapp, ou message booking) pas de contact physique"

"It was a beautiful property with amazing architecture. The area was very good and central to nearly everywhere. The staff were super nice and responsive, they gave us an early checkin and that was super helpful as we arrived in the morning. Don’t even think twice about booking here, you will not regret it at all. You will fall in love with the place so bad you wouldn’t want to leave haha."

I highly recommend. the check in and management were excellent. Urban flat in Paris who manage the property were very helpful and easy to contact when needed. they let us store our luggage and were very lovely to deal with."

"Great Location, Very comfortable,modern and clean. In a safe area and very secured.It has all the amenities that you will need for your stay (Fridge, coffee machine,hot water,heating, washing machine, dish washer). Great for families and groups of friends. The metro station was a 2 minute walk. A lot of Restaurants,Bars and supermarket around. Highly recommended. Much more than we expected!"

"Perfect location, big apartment easily hosting 3 couples, everything looked new and in great shape in the apartment. Nice bathrooms, good kitchen appliances, nice and comfy living room and dining area, great value for money. Very quiet too! Les Marais is a beautiful area of Paris, filled with good restaurants and bars, plenty of nice little shops, close to central touristic area but not too crowded. We had to delay the check-out due to health issues and the agency managing the location was helpful and responsive so we got few more hours to stay and recover for a decent price (tourism in Paris is not like in Greece, to get anything extra you have to pay for it)"

"The shower drain was clogged so taking showers required unnecessary caution to not let the water run over. The agency was not able to fix this issue in 4 days. Not a deal breaker tho. The Livingroom is noisy when it rains, water pours on the veranda (and it rains often in Paris). Even so, we got a good rest on the couch in livingroom which was really not too bad for sleeping (which is rare)."

"We never got to see the hosts. I communicated with three different people on whatsapp who appeared to be sharing one professional account and didn't necessarily know the apartment even. The door was opened with codes that were sent over whatsapp, in a very unpersonal manner. The payment was also really strange, with extra links send over whatsapp rather than through booking. I felt like it was a scam until the door actually opened."
